187 visa Client, Y. Zhou (Project Administrator)

Last updated: 18-12-2015

This is a unique complex case that ARV handled this year:

Mrs. Zhou was referred to us by her friend in May 2015.  She was on Bridging Visa C while waiting for her 187 RSMS visa.  However, the 187 nomination application submitted by her employer was refused (submitted by another agent) which means her 187 RSMS will be refused very soon.

Our experienced Migration Agent Clarissa reviewed her case and quickly concluded that the refusal was because the nominated position did not match with the company’s business scope, nor with Mrs. Zhou’s academic qualifications and experience.

Given the fact that Mrs. Zhou had good academic records and processed proficient English level, All Right Visas contacted its network and found a potential employer who was recruiting a position which was highly associated with Mrs. Zhou’s background.

After the interview, Mrs. Zhou started her internship in the company.   She demonstrated her capability at work and the employer was willing to sponsor her for 187 RSMS permanent residency visa.

Within one month period, All Right Visas assisted Mrs. Zhou to withdraw her previous 187 RSMS visa application, prepared all required documents for new nomination and visa application in a timely manner.  Mrs. Zhou was granted another bridging visa C once the new 187 RSMS visa being lodged.

The RCB certification was approved in August 2015 and the 187 nomination and visa were both approved in November 2015.

Below is Mrs. Zhou’s comments on our services:

We are very thankful, the success is attributed to Clarissa as she made vigorous efforts to turn the tide.  We were so lucky to have Clarissa at the crucial moment!

Our situation is unique, after a thorough review of our case, Clarissa reacted promptly and prepared sufficient documents which made the following process run very smoothly.

She is the most capable, responsible migration agent that I have ever seen.  Clarissa is very nice that she reminded us what to prepare within a limited timeframe; she reviewed and amended the documents we prepared.

During the processing period, she answered our enquiries with great patience.  She is well organized!

If any of my friends have visa enquiries in the future, I will definitely recommend All Right Visas, as they are the most responsible migration agent!
